In 2022, our gender equality score was 93/100: 6 points above the national average.
All employees can become Ÿnsect shareholders, allowing everyone to benefit from the company’s success.
Since 2017, we provide 10 weeks paid parental leave for the ‘second’ parent, on top of the legal requirement for the ‘first’ parent.
Several years ago, we introduced an internal minimum wage for all employees fulfilling the seniority conditions.
Up to a 45-day Qualiopi-cerified training program open to all new Ÿnsecters, as well as to the public under certain conditions, through Pole Emploi (France’s unemployment service).
