Equal parental leave

Since 2017, we provide 10 weeks paid parental leave for the ‘second’ parent, on top of the legal requirement for the ‘first’ parent.

Ÿnsect minimum wage

Several years ago, we introduced an internal minimum wage for all employees fulfilling the seniority conditions.

Skills development

Up to a 45-day Qualiopi-cerified training program open to all new Ÿnsecters, as well as to the public under certain conditions, through Pole Emploi (France’s unemployment service).
