Today, we meet Flora Thébaut, co-founder of Auticonsult, a digital services provider whose staff live with autism. Auticonsult has a strong social mission: to change public perception of autism and increase employability. We discuss the company’s creation, the rapport between autism and IT/data, their clients, challenges, employment among disabled people and the importance of diversity.
