Today, we meet Louis Jacquot, co-founder of Cuistots Migrateurs, a company that offers refugees the opportunity to share their cultures, learn French and find a job through cooking. We were able to discuss the project, the school they have created, the candidates, future challenges, but also the future of food, the place of insects in this and the change in public' perception of refugees.

How can we feed the planet while respecting nature’s resources and biodiversity? This question guides the daily life of all Ÿnsecters, and puts impact at the heart of everything we do. As our initiatives broaden, we are giving the floor to others helping to change the world, offering alternatives, and contributing to a more sustainable society. This is also the mission Léo Primard and Celia Poncelin, co-founders of the magazine Twomorrow, have set themselves. They embarked on an adventure across Europe, with the aim of meeting companies that contribute to the common good, respect the environment, and provide solutions to the challenges of our time. We had the opportunity to meet them to discuss their adventure, the companies they will meet, but also their work and initiative to launch a new magazine focused on ecology.
