Chief human resource officer (M/F)

To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified chief of human resource officer to work closely with our executive team. From day one, the chief of human resource officer will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic HR initiatives, overseeing HR programs, and communicating HR objectives between and to departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a HR role, with a special focus on fast growing industrial companies.
The chief human resource officer (CHRO) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors. The CHRO reports to the Secretary General, who is supervising the HR, the legal and the Office Management.
Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the Ynsect’s mission and strategic vision.
Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives, through tools such as OKRs.
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
Work with the Ynsect’s executive management to establish management packages that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the Ynsect.
Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the Ynsect.
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition and empowerment, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.
Develop and animate an efficient, powerful and assertive employer brand in relation with the communication and products marketing director.
• Master degree in economics, business administration or HR
• Experience in one or more key HR positions in an industrial fast growing environment (At least 10 years’ experience)
• Business Acumen, Ethical Practice, Relationship Management, Leadership, Global & Cultural Awareness, Critical Evaluation, Self-motivation and enthusiasm
• Expertise in French labor law regulation
• Ability and experience in implementing teams around the world
• English and French written/spoken
